Stephanie is a transplant from Wichita, KS.  After earning degrees in Business Administration and Psychology from Wichita State University, she was a pioneer in the development of “Old Town” Wichita and sat on the board of directors.  Stephanie started and operated three businesses in the historical district - a boutique, an interiors store and a cappuccino café. Over the twelve years she was in business she won several awards for presentation at the Dallas Apparel Market and honed her decorating skills by helping her customers with their interiors.  

These experiences have resulted in a well-rounded small business ethic and specializaton in “staging” residential real estate homes.  Stephanie is a master at spiffing up your house in a number of small ways that sets it apart from the rest of the market.  It has been documented that a "staged" house sells faster and realizes an optimal price.
